Each order is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure your luggage arrives in excellent condition. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. We proudly ship throughout North America. Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our products. All luggage sets are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers issues such as:

• Handle mechanism failures
• Structural manufacturing defects
This warranty does not cover damage caused by airline handling, misuse, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage such as scratches or scuffs. If you experience an issue, please contact us with photos and your order number. Our team will review your case and work quickly toward a fair resolution.
